The Royal Flying Doctor Service engaged Hero Productions to produce a video for their Darwin tourist facility, a heritage and experience centre at Stokes Hill Wharf. The facility exists to raise funds for RFDS operations while giving visitors a direct connection to the history and ongoing work of the service.

Hero Productions produced a video showcasing the facility and the visitor experience, with a shorter version cut for television commercials and use at marketing expos and trade show booths. The original brief covered website and social media. The quality of the asset led the organisation to extend its use to advertising screens at Darwin International Airport terminal, giving a single production investment reach across multiple channels over multiple years.
