A Darwin-based NDIS registered behaviour support provider engaged Hero Productions to help them attract participants to their services. The organisation works with people with disabilities across Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, and remote NT communities. The brief was straightforward: let the people who work there explain what their role in the organisation is and why it matters, in their own words.

Hero Productions produced seven standalone interview videos, each up to ninety seconds, featuring the owner and a range of staff members speaking about their roles and what the work means to them. The videos function as a clear, human introduction to the organisation for people considering whether to engage their services.

The videos were used across the organisation's digital presence to help prospective NDIS participants understand who they would be working with before making contact.

The client was satisfied with the outcome and re-engaged Hero Productions in 2025 for a follow-on project.
