Charles Darwin University commissioned Hero Productions to produce a video series promoting their pharmacy program in the Northern Territory, funded through a grant from the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. The brief addressed a specific problem: the program had very few in-person students, and CDU needed to make a compelling case for why studying and staying in the NT was worth it.
Hero Productions produced seven standalone interview videos, each up to three minutes, featuring a mix of current students, graduates who had stayed in the NT, and working pharmacists. Each interview stood alone as its own story. A fifth-minute hero film was also produced, drawing from all seven interviews to present a single, cohesive picture of what a life and career in NT pharmacy could look like.
The videos were used at trade shows, playing on screens at CDU's booth to attract prospective students considering the program.
